Joldi.in Games, from Polis Press. Updated 17 October 2026.
Playing
Every game here plays without an account. Your best score, your settings and the games you finish are kept on your own device, and we set no cookie. The one thing a game sends us without an account is Tea Shop's line of numbers for each day played, set out below.
Signing in
To put your scores on a game's lists you sign in with a Polis Press account, the same account that works on every Polis Press site. What an account holds, what signing in stores and the one cookie it uses are set out in the Polis Press privacy policy. Joldi.in never sees your email address or your password: it learns only which account is signed in.
Your screen name
For each signed-in player we keep a screen name. We make one up, such as "Brave Mango 42", and you can change it to one of your own whenever you like. Anyone can see it on the lists, so it is best not to use your real name. It is never taken from your account. A name you choose is checked by us and then by OpenAI's moderation service, which is sent the name and nothing else, before it is kept.
Scores
For each game sent to us we keep the score, how long the game lasted, when it was played and which version of the game it was. In Tea Shop we also keep which of its lists the day is for, and whether you played it as the owner or as an employee. Games you finish before signing in wait on your device and are sent when you sign in, if they were played this week or this month; older ones are never sent. Clearing Your best in a game takes your games off that list on every device; they stay on the week's and the month's top 20.
In Button Bash we keep, for each game you win, when you won it and how long it took, and how many you had won before its lists began. These count on its lists of games won today, this week, this month and of all time, so a win waiting on your device is sent whenever it was played.
Saved games
When you're signed in, Tea Shop and Button Bash keep your saved games on joldi.in, so they follow you between devices. In Tea Shop that is up to three shops and what you've collected across them, with the names you type in the game, such as your shop's and your characters'. For each saved game we also keep up to five older copies, as backups. Your device keeps your saved games with a random number we make for your account, never the account itself, so that on a device shared with someone else each of you gets your own.
Tea Shop's day numbers
Each Tea Shop day you play to its end, signed in or not, sends us one line of game numbers: whether you were the owner or an employee, the day number, the size of each room, how many customers were served and how many were missed, the average score, a band your net worth falls in, and whether the franchise closed, with when it arrived. It carries a random number made on your device for this alone, never your account or your name, and is never sent with a saved game. We use it to tune the game, and delete each line a year after it arrives.
What stays on your device
Your settings are kept on your device and nowhere else, and so are your scores and saved games until you sign in. Fruit Jar and Block Garden send us nothing but your scores, and only once you sign in. Deleting a game saved to your home screen, or clearing this site's data in your browser, removes what is on your device.
Who sees it
Anyone can see the lists: the screen names and the numbers on them, in Tea Shop whether each was the owner or an employee, and nothing else. Nobody else sees your saved games. We do not sell, rent or share any of it.
Keeping and deleting
Your screen name, scores and saved games are kept until you ask us to delete them. Write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with, or with your screen name, and we will delete all of it, and your account too if you ask. You do not have to give a reason. Tea Shop's day numbers carry no account, so they cannot be picked out as yours; each goes a year after it arrives.
Children
The games are for everyone and need no account. Joldi.in never asks for an email address, a real name or where you live. A Polis Press account is for a grown-up. If a child has used one, a parent or guardian can write to [email protected] with the child's screen name and we will delete everything joldi.in keeps for that account: its screen name, scores and saved games.
